These are becoming more and more popular, and a lot of people are asking the same question: Are these real?
And yes, they are. They work because companies pay to advertise their website, and because thousands of people are clicking on the ads (and have to stay on the site for a certain number of time to earn their cash), more companies will advertise. So the PTC gets money from the advertising, the companies get thousands of hits, and the "hitters" get money in return for clicking on links. Winners all round!
And the best thing is, you don't need to give them any personal details apart from your email address. They pretty much always pay by PayPal, so all you need is a PayPal account and you're set.
The problem is, some ARE scams. Some have shit pay and no ads. I'm pretty new to these, and I've signed up to a load to see which are real, which are good and which will earn the most money.
If you're interested, a good website to check is PTCtalk.com. They have a page with proof of payments from various websites. They also have a scams page, although I should point out that bux.to and icashout.com are probably NOT scams, because there has been a lot of proof of payment.
Anyway, with my fountain of un-knowledge, here are some of the best to get you started. When I'm a bit more experienced, I'm sure I'll whittle these down a fair bit.
